As the cricket season 2025 kicks off for Cambourne CC, the academy is set to deliver an engaging cricket experience for the local community, fostering a platform for enthusiasts of all skill levels. The Junior Academy is dedicated to equipping passionate individuals with essential resources and opportunities to enhance their cricket skills year-round through our Cricket 365 programme.

We warmly invite everyone to our open day on Sunday March 2nd from 1 PM to 3 PM at the CamVC sports hall. This event is designed to inspire boys and girls who are interested in cricket but have not yet played, providing a wonderful opportunity to experience the sport and its excitement.

Additionally, we will host the Inter Primary School Cup in mid-June, allowing primary schools in Cambourne to showcase their talents.

Cambourne CC junior teams are preparing to compete in mixed leagues for U15 to U11 teams and U13 to U11 girls' teams across various Cambridgeshire county leagues, alongside our very first women's team in the women's league. For those new to the sport, we are also offering ECB Cricket Allstars and Dynamos courses to guide young players as they start their cricketing journ

As an environmentally conscious club, we also run a kit recycling scheme to help reduce carbon emissions by recycling equipment and supporting local schools and the community with pre-loved gear.
